Grief and Loss Counselling
 - Bexley and Online -

Because it's never too late to start again.

Life can be overwhelming, confusing and sometimes frightening.

Whether you are grieving for the death of a loved one or the ending of a relationship, a job, your health, mobility or lifestyle counselling can help. I’m here to listen without judgement and help you feel less isolated, less stressed, more empowered.

You deserve to live the life you want without the pain, anguish and suffering.

  • Are you going through a difficult life transition, struggling to come to terms with a terminal illness or coping with separation and divorce?
  • Feeling a sense of relief when someone died but feel embarrassed to share with people for fear of judgement?
  • Maybe you lost your job or had to give up on your dream.

Grief is not about trying to forget and it doesn’t mean you leave the past behind but that you find a way of integrating a new life with the old.

If you are looking to come to counselling maybe you want to

  • Learn how to share your feelings without fearing you will overwhelm others.
  • Understand, accept and adjust to change so that you can move on with your life.
  • Discover your real passion and get the courage to dream again without worrying what others think.

I have found that talking can reduce stress and distress and can lead to significant change.

People tend to find immediate relief after beginning the process of counselling.

I will meet you where you are on your unique grief journey and walk alongside you for as long as you need me to.

No matter what issues you are struggling with I’m here to help you navigate through the pain, anger, sadness, relief, guilt, fear, regret and adapt to the changes in your life.

About Angela Diac counsellor
I’m Angela Diac, and after receiving help with my grief following a traumatic loss I decided to build on my existing knowledge in Psychology and retrain to be a counsellor. Now I work with adults that are struggling with grief and loss to help them move forward and live a fulfilling life, the life that they deserve without the pain, anguish and suffering.

I run a private counselling and psychotherapy service based in Sidcup that serves Bexley, New Eltham, Bromley, Greenwich, Dartford and Welling.

As well as loss and bereavement, I am able to help if you are experiencing issues such as

  • life transitions and change
  • separation and divorce
  • depression and low mood
  • anxiety
  • relationship issues
  • stress and burn-out
  • pregnancy-related loss
  • self-esteem
  • loneliness and isolation
  • suicidal thoughts
  • PTSD.

I've worked with many people who were struggling to get out of bed, locking themselves away, feeling lonely or unable to put their needs first. So don't suffer in silence, give me a call  or send an email. I'm here to help you with your loss.

I would love to hear from you!
